๐โโ๏ธ NM SUPER BOWL RUN
Kick off your new year by registering for the 21st Annual NM Super Bowl Run, which includes a 10K, 5K run, 5K walk, and Kids K, scheduled for February 9, 2025. This exciting annual event is a fantastic way to start your Super Bowl Sunday. Join hundreds of participants at the starting line! All participants will receive finisher medals, and there will be awards for age groups as well as overall performance, along with an event T-shirt. - Race-Day Registration: Available: however, all pre-registered participants must pick up their event packets at โPacket Pick-Up.โ
- Representative Pickup: If you cannot pick up your packets in person, plan for a representative to do so.
- Out-of-Town Participants: May pick up their packets on race morning between 9:30 and 10:30 a.m.
- Virtual Run or Walk: Registered participants can also pick up their event packet. Swag for virtual participants will be mailed beginning February 6, 2024.
๐ PARKING
Valley High School & Griegos Elementary School. Access is located on San Isidro just west of Valley High School โ on Valley Pool Road.
- Arrival Time: Please arrive between 9:30 a.m. and no later than 10:30 a.m. to ensure timely packet pickup.
- Timing Chip Pickup: Chip pickup will be near the finish area (Griegos Elementary School Field).
- Traffic Closure: Valley Pool Road will be closed to traffic after 10:30 a.m.
- Start Locations: 5K & 10K starts on Valley H.S. Football Field/Track.
โ ๏ธ EVENT DAY CONDUCT
All participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and courteously towards the community and their fellow participants during the Event.
- Prohibited Behavior: Alcohol consumption, urinating or defecating in public except in designated facilities, and participant obstruction.
- Follow Instructions: Participants must follow instructions from all Event officials.
- Health Guidelines: Attendees must adhere to public health guidelines.
- Sick Participants: Should not attend if they exhibit any symptoms of infectious illness.
๐ฆ COURSE MONITORING
- Compliance: Participants must obey the directions of Event officials.
- Disqualifications: Engaging in unsportsmanlike conduct or receiving unauthorized assistance will lead to disqualification.
- Authorized Persons: Only registered participants are permitted on the course.
- Race Number: Participants must display their authorized bib number at all times.
๐งผ PARTICIPANT SAFETY
- Wheeled Devices: Only registered wheelchair participants and authorized course marshals are allowed.
- Medical Personnel: May examine any participant who seems distressed.
- Withdrawal Orders: Must retire immediately if ordered by Event staff.
- Liability: Participants assume liability for any medical expenses incurred.
โฑ๏ธ RESULT TIMING
- Timing Devices: Electronic timing devices will be assigned before the Event.
- Proper Use: Participants must wear their timing device to receive an accurate finish time.
- Disqualifications: Found wearing multiple timing devices will not have their results recorded.
- Official Start Time: Participants must begin at the officially recognized start time.
๐ FINISH INFORMATION
The overall and division award winners will be announced at the Awards Ceremony on race day.
- 10K Awards: Overall prizes for top three men and women determined by gun time.
- 5K Awards: Overall prizes for top three men and women determined by gun time.
- Kids K: All registered participants receive a recognition award at the finish.
- Post-Race: Refreshments provided by RunFit.
โ FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
- Headphones: Yes, usage is permitted as per USATF regulations.
- GPS Devices: Yes, these can be used but are not recognized for official times.
- Prohibited Devices: Video devices, cell phones, and unauthorized wheeled devices are not allowed.
- Time Limits: All participants must complete the course in 1:45:00.

Medical staff will be available, and participants should notify officials if needing assistance.
