Register today for the 21st Annual Albuquerque Half Marathon! The Albuquerque Half, 10K, 5K, and Kids K are a must on your event calendar! This fan favorite is scheduled for Saturday, April 5, 2025, and is one you won’t want to miss!

• Course: The Albuquerque Half Marathon crosses the Rio Grande River with spectacular views of the Sandia Mountains and North Valley Bosque.
• Flat & Fast: The course heads to the Village of Los Ranchos de Albuquerque and the heart of the North Valley, making it a personal best candidate.
• Finisher Medals: Medals for all participants, including age group and overall awards.
• T-Shirts: Tech tee shirts for all Half Marathon, 10K, and 5K participants!

🏅 Special Challenge

RunFit 13.1 X 2 Marathon Challenge: By running the Albuquerque Half Marathon 2025 and the NM Chips and Salsa Half Marathon 2025 (9/14/25), you qualify for the RunFit 13.1 X 2 Marathon Challenge medal.

• Event Date: April 5, 2025
• Location: Alvarado Elementary School, 1100 Solar Rd. NW, Albuquerque, NM 87107.
• Start Times:
  • Half Marathon: 8:30 a.m. (3.5 Hour Cut-off)
  • 10K: 9:15 a.m.
  • 5K: 9:30 a.m.
  • Kids K: 10:15 a.m.
• Parking: There is no parking at Alvarado Elementary School or on adjacent roads.

📦 Packet Pick-up

Friday, April 4, 2025
PACKET PICK-UP:

• Location: Fleet Feet Sports, North Towne Plaza
• Time: 1:00 to 6:00 p.m.
• Note: Race-day registration is available: however, all pre-registered participants must pick up their event packets at "Packet Pick-Up."
• Out-of-Town: Participants may pick up their packets on race morning if they cannot do so at Packet Pickup.

🗓️ Start and Finish Details

The Half Marathon and Half Marathon Relay start on Winter Haven Rd. (north end) just south of the Sagebrush Community Church and finishes at Alvarado Elementary School (1100 Solar Rd. NW).

• Note: The first relay (start) will pick up the bib/chip with the belt at the start.
• Shuttle: A shuttle will return relay participants back to Sagebrush Community Church from Alvarado Elementary School.
• Restrooms: Port-a-potties are located near the start: please arrive early.
• Safety: Stay within the orange traffic cones for your safety and that of others.

🏆 Awards & Results

Finisher medals and awards will be given to the top three men and women in the Half Marathon, 10K, and 5K. All participants must be present to receive awards, as no awards will be mailed.

• Half Marathon: Awards to the top three finishers in various age groups.
• 10K: Awards to the top three finishers in various age groups.
• 5K: Awards to the top three finishers in various age groups.
• Kids K: All registered participants will receive a medal.

🚑 Medical Support

Medical staff members will be ready to assist at any time during the race. Please notify a race official if you need help.

🌧️ Inclement Weather Policy

Weather forecasts will be monitored prior to the event, with updates provided via email and the RunFit website. In the event of severe weather, the race may be delayed or canceled.
