🌼 LAVENDER FESTIVAL

All Lavender Run participants will receive free entry to the 31st Annual Lavender Festival on July 19-20, 2025. The festival features:

• Live Music: Enjoy performances throughout the event.
• Yoga Classes: Free classes for wellness.
• Kids Camp: Activities for children of all ages.
• Marketplace: 70 artisans with a variety of products.

📋 REGISTRATION DETAILS

• Runner Packet Pick-up: July 12, 2025 from 11:00 to 3:00 P.M. at Fleet Feet Sports.
• Late Registration: Available on race day, but early pick-up is advised.
• Packet Pick-up Rule: Someone else can collect your packet if you're unavailable.

🚗 PARKING INFORMATION

Designated parking locations include:

• Los Poblanos Open Space: 5601 Tierra Viva Pl. NW, Albuquerque, NM 87107
• Hartnett Park: 6718 Rio Grande Blvd. NW, Albuquerque, NM 87107
• Important Note: No parking allowed at Alvarado Elementary School or nearby roads.

🧑‍⚕️ MEDICAL SUPPORT

• Assistance: Medical staff will be available throughout the event.
• Monitoring: Personnel organized at every aid/water station.
• Health Risks: Participants may be withdrawn if in distress.
• Emergency Protocol: Notify event officials if help is needed.

❓ FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

• Headphones: Allowed, except for those competing for prize money.
• GPS Devices: Allowed for tracking but do not count as official timing.
• Baby Joggers: Seeding behind other runners required.
• Lost & Found: Available for items lost during the event.

🌧️ INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY

Weather alerts will be communicated through the RunFit website and via email. Possible actions include:

• Race Delays: Postponed for severe weather events.
• Safety Measures: Extra water provisions during extreme heat.

🏅 AWARDS AND RESULTS

The Awards Ceremony will take place after the Kids K. All results will be posted immediately at: www.irunfit.org
