💖 NM SWEETHEART RUN
Sign up today for the 21st annual NM Sweetheart Run. Choose from the 10K, 5K, 10K Team of 2, 5K Team of 2, or Kids K — there's an event for everyone! An essential addition to your event calendar, it's the perfect way to kick off your day. Enjoy a scenic loop course in the North Valley Bosque, starting and finishing at Bosque School. PLEASE NOTE: RACE-DAY REGISTRATION IS AVAILABLE: HOWEVER, ALL PRE-REGISTERED PARTICIPANTS MUST PICK UP THEIR EVENT PACKETS AT “PACKET PICK-UP.”
🕒 PACKET PICKUP DETAILS
If you cannot pick up your packets in person, you must arrange for a representative to pick up your packet. Any out-of-town participants may pick up their packet on race morning at the registration area near the finish.
🏃♂️ START INFORMATION
Bosque School Race Day Registration will be near the Bosque School Track and Field (just south of Main Campus). NOTE: ALL PARTICIPANTS WHO WOULD LIKE TO BE ENTERED IN THE RESULTS AND BE ELIGIBLE FOR AWARDS MUST WEAR A RUNFIT BIB. THE TIMING CHIP WILL BE FIXED ON THE BACK OF THE BIB AND MUST NOT BE ALTERED IN ANY WAY. BIB MUST BE VISIBLE (IN FRONT AND VISIBLE) AT ALL TIMES.
🌐 VIRTUAL RUN OR WALK
All registered participants may pick up their event packet, Event Bib, and T-Shirt at the time and location listed above, “Packet Pickup.” For those who purchased the “shipping” (only available to Virtual Run/Walk participants), your race swag will be mailed out beginning February 1, 2024, and continue as registrations come in.

Entrance and Exit: Bosque School: Coors and Bosque School Rd. (just south of Coors and Montano)
PLEASE USE DESIGNATED PARKING AREAS ONLY. NOTE: PLEASE USE LEARNING RD AND COORS BLVD. TO ENTER AND EXIT. PLEASE DO NOT ENTER OR EXIT ON MONTANO.
🚻 TOILETS
Port-a-potties are located near the start/finish. Please allow plenty of time to use the restrooms before the race starts.
🏅 EVENT DAY
All participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and courteously towards the community and their fellow participants during the Event. This means, for example, alcohol consumption, urinating or defecating in public except in designated toilet facilities, and participant obstruction anywhere on or near the course shall be strictly prohibited unless facilitated by the Event. Anyone violating this rule of conduct shall be disqualified from the Event and asked to leave the course.
⏱️ RESULT TIMING
All participants are assigned an electronic timing device before the Event, which is attached to their bib. Participants are responsible for properly using and applying their assigned timing device. Participants must wear their assigned timing device, permanently attached to their bib number, continuously from start to finish to receive an accurate finish time.

🌧️ INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY
Weather forecasts will be monitored before the event, paying particular attention to the possibility of heavy rain, thunder and lightning, high winds, and extreme temperatures. If necessary, athletes will be made aware of these predictions on the RunFit website: www.irunfit.org.
