Join Us for the MudHen IPA 5K! Get ready to run, sip, and celebrate at the most exciting race of the year! Whether you're a seasoned runner or just in it for the fun, this unique event combines fitness and flavor at the shore!

🏃‍♂️ Run the Race

• Scenic Course: Enjoy a scenic 5K course through Wildwood beginning at MudHen Brewing Company, traveling down Rio Grande, across the boardwalk and back!
• Timed Results: Timed Race Results provided via Race Sign up for all participants.
• Hydration: Stay hydrated with water & zero sugar hydration provided by LMNT — and a MudHen Beer (21+) to fuel your race to the finish line.

🎉 Celebrate with Us

• Post-Race Gathering: After crossing the finish line, join us in the MudHen parking lot to toast your victory!

👶 Little Hen Mile

Register the whole family! Bring your Kiddos for our first ever kid's mile (Ages 12 and under). Race will begin at 10:00 AM after IPA 5K awards ceremony.

• Brunch Option: Head inside the Station House for Brunch from 9AM-2PM.
• Lunch Option: Go into the Brewpub for Lunch to fuel up after the race.
