Get ready to run, sip, and celebrate at the most exciting race of the year! Whether you're a seasoned runner or just in it for the fun, this unique event combines fitness and flavor at the shore!
🏁 Run the Race
- Course: Enjoy a scenic 5K course through Wildwood beginning at MudHen Brewing Company, traveling down Rio Grande, across the boardwalk and back!
- Results: Timed Race Results provided via Race Sign up for all participants.
- Hydration: Stay hydrated with water & zero sugar hydration provided by LMNT — and a MudHen Beer (21+) to fuel your race to the finish line.
🎉 Celebrate with Us
After crossing the finish line, join us in the MudHen parking lot to toast your victory! Enjoy a cold beer, music, runner's breakfast of lite fare, and plenty of post-race fun.

🏆 Prizes & Merchandise
As stated, all participants ages 21+ receive a MudHen beer token to be redeemed inside the restaurant or at our beer trailer (only valid April 25-27) and an IPA 5K T-shirt.
- Competition: Compete for great prizes including IPA 5k medals and IPA 5K Pint Glass.
- Shopping: MudHen IPA 5K and MudHen Brewing Co. Merchandise will be available onsite for purchase to complete your 'fit!
👶 Little Hen Mile
Register the whole family! Bring your Kiddos for our first ever kid's mile (Ages 12 and under). Race will begin at 10:15 AM after IPA 5K awards ceremony.
🍽️ Grab Some Grub
Head inside the Station House for Brunch from 9AM-2PM or into the Brewpub for Lunch to fuel up after the race.
- Discount: All IPA 5K & Little Hen Mile runners will receive 10% off their dine-in meal.
