🌳 Course Details

• Fast and Flat: A paved path through the Jersey forest, close to Sea Isle City, Avalon, and Stone Harbor.
• Tree Lined: Mostly tree-lined and fully supported course in Cape May Court House.
• Half Marathon: Consists of four loops, with real-time timing for each loop.
• 10K & 5K Loop: 10K runners will complete the loop twice, while 5K runners will do it once.

📅 Event Schedule

• Bib Pick Up: On race day only, 30 minutes before your start time.
• Half Marathon Start: 8:00 AM
• 10K & 5K Start: 8:15 AM
• Location: Atlantic Cape Community College

🚰 Course Support

• Support Stations: Plenty of water, electrolyte drinks, and gels available.
• Volunteers: Help distribute supplies and maintain a fully stocked table for quick grabs.
• Restock: Regularly maintained support throughout the course.

• T-Shirt: Technical T-Shirt with full-color logo.
• Finisher Medal: Die-cast medal for all finishers.
• Live Features: Chip timing, live digital tracking, and livestream video of finish.

• Overall Winners: Top three male and female winners receive large acrylic awards and an event-specific banner for photos.
• Age Group Medals: Top 3 male and female in age groups of 10 years (14-19, 20's, 30's, 40's, 50's, 60's, 70+).
