- Course: Mostly flat and paved, including a 1/4 mile run through the beautifully manicured vineyard

👟 Participation Details
- All Ages Welcome: This event is perfect for beginners, experienced racers, and everyone in between!
- Chip-Timed Race: The 5K race starts at 9 AM with live-streamed results.
- Custom Tech Tee: Included with registration or upgrade to a Long Sleeve for $6 extra. Various styles and sizes available.
- Inclusions: A glass of delicious Cape May wine and a stemless "Run the Vineyards" wine glass are included with your entry.

- Awards: Recognizing the Top 3 Overall and Age Group Male and Female winners!
- Live Performance: Enjoy music from Gene Shepherd immediately after the race until 12 Noon!

- Photos: Free downloadable race and after-party photos available approximately 24-48 hours post-race.
📋 Other Race Details
- Spectators: Welcome! Wine available for purchase after the race.
- Walkers and Children: Participants welcome: must register and start behind the runners at 9 AM.
- Weather Policy: Race is rain or shine. No transfers or refunds.
- Packet Pick-Up: On race day from 7:30-8:30 AM at "Good Day for a Run" tent behind the winery. Confirm check-in to receive race items and announcements.
