• Start Time: 6:15 pm - 1K Swim + 5K Run, 1K Swim & Relays start
• Wave 1: Co-ed/FAST
• Wave 2: Men 49 & under
• Wave 3: Men 50+
• Wave 4: Women 49 & under
• Wave 5: Women 50+
• 5K Run Start: 6:20pm - 5K Run or walk will start at the arch
