It's time for our Summer Solstice 5k, 10k, 15k, Half Marathon fun run/walk!!!

🕒 Check-in & Start Times

• Check-in: 7-7:30AM for everyone
• Start: 7:30AM
• Half Marathon Cut Off: 10:45AM, option to start early to finish by 10:45AM
• Email for Early Start: abetterworldrunning@gmail.com

📍 Location Details

• Address: 5400 E. Ocean Blvd, Long Beach, CA 90803
• Check-in Location: Tables closest to 54th Place, at the start of the beach path
• GPS Recommendation: Do not use Apple Maps app, use Google Maps or Waze
• Map Available: There is a photo of the map on the website - www.abetterworldrunning.com

🚻 Event Logistics

• Parking: Please plan on carpooling and getting there early to find parking
• Restroom Availability: Bring toilet paper just in case as the beach restrooms may not be stocked
• Results Posting: All participants will have their results posted with their names and times
• Free Photos: Pictures for everyone posted on our Facebook page after the event!

🏅 Course Details

• 10k: 2 x 5k loops
• 15k: 3 x 5k loops
• Half Marathon: 3 x 4.36 mi loop - http://www.gmap-pedometer.com/?r=6508573

👶 Participation Details

• Strollers: Running/walking with a stroller is allowed
• Time Limit: 3:15 time limit for the half marathon
• Additional Time: If more time is needed, please email us at abetterworldrunning@gmail.com
• Finishers: ALL finishers get a medal

• Medals: Everyone will get a medal as well as a goodie bag
• Results Availability: Results are posted after every race on www.abetterworldrunning.com
• Free Photos: Free photos are posted on our Facebook page - www.facebook.com/abetterworldrunning
• Event Philosophy: We emphasize a more relaxed, fun and personal racing experience!
