It's time for our Cinco de Mayo 5k, 10k, 15k, Half Marathon fun run/walk!!!
ā° Check-in and Start Times
- Check-in: 7-7:30AM for everyone
- Start: 7:30AM
- Half Marathon Cut-off: 11am, option to start early to finish by 11am

š Event Location
Address - Please check in at the tables closest to 54th Place, at the start of the beach path. NOT near Claremont Ave. Long Beach path in Belmont Shores -- 5400 E. Ocean Blvd. Long Beach, CA 90803 (off of 54th Place and Ocean Blvd.)
Note: Do not use Apple Maps app as a GPS, use Google Maps or Waze app. There is a photo of the map on the website - www.abetterworldrunning.com
š Parking and Restroom Information
- Plan: Carpooling is encouraged and arrive early to find parking.
- Restrooms: Bring toilet paper just in case as the beach restrooms are not always fully stocked.
- Location: Check-in at the tables closest to 54th Place, at the start of the beach path.
- Important: Use Google Maps or Waze for directions.
š Race Details
All participants will have their results posted with their names and times. FREE pictures for everyone will be posted on our Facebook page after the event! Pacers and crew are welcome at any time. There are numerous restrooms and water fountains along the course.

- 5k: Out and back route - Route Link
- 10k: 2 x 5k loops
- 15k: 3 x 5k loops
- Half Marathon: 3 x 4.36 mi loop - Route Link
š« Participation Guidelines
- Dogs: Participants are not allowed to run with dogs.
- Strollers: Running/walking with a stroller is allowed.
- Time Limit: 3:15 time limit for the half marathon.

š„ Finisher Medals and Results
All finishers get a medal. All results will be posted after the event on our website usually the evening of the event on www.abetterworldrunning.com.
