It's time for our Summer Dash 5k, 10k, 15k, Half Marathon fun run/walk!!!

- Date: August 9, 2025
- Location: 5400 E Ocean Blvd, Long Beach, CA 90803
- Check-in: 7:00 AM - 7:30 AM for everyone
- Start Time: 7:30 AM
🚦 Important Information
- Half Marathon Cut Off: 10:45 AM, option to start early
- Early Start: Email for early start at abetterworldrunning@gmail.com
- Check-in Location: At tables closest to 54th Place, at the start of the beach path
- GPS Advisory: Do not use Apple Maps: recommend Google Maps or Waze
🗓️ Schedule and Logistics
PLEASE PLAN ON CARPOOLING AND GETTING THERE EARLY TO FIND PARKING AND USE THE RESTROOM. Bring toilet paper just in case, as the beach restrooms are not always fully stocked that early in the morning.
🏅 Race Course Information
- 5k: Out and back route Map Link
- 10k: 2 x 5k loops
- 15k: 3 x 5k loops
- Half Marathon: 3 x 4.36 mi loop: Map Link
📸 Post-Event Information
- Results: Posted with names and times after the event on www.abetterworldrunning.com
- Photos: Free pictures posted on our Facebook page after the event!
- Restrooms: Numerous restrooms and water fountains along the course.
- Strollers: Running/walking with a stroller is allowed.
🏆 Finisher Medals
ALL finishers get a medal. Official times and places will be posted on our website: www.abetterworldrunning.com

3:15 time limit for the half marathon. If more time is needed, please email us at abetterworldrunning@gmail.com for early start.
We emphasize a more relaxed, fun and personal racing experience!
