📅 Race Schedule

• Packet Pickup: Race morning at Main Beach Bathhouse Parking Lot from 7:30-8:45 AM
• Race Start Time: 9 AM for all races
• Course: Choose between a 3.1 mile 5k or a 10-mile course
• Finish Area: Located at Main Beach, follow race signs to the Main Beach

🏆 Awards and Prizes

• Overall Awards: Male & Female Champions, Male & Female Masters (40+ years)
• Age Categories: Top three finishers in various age categories for 5k and 10 mile
• Relay Awards: Top 3 Male, Female & Co-Ed Divisions
• Awards Ceremony: Within 20 minutes following the final runner's finish

💰 Registration Information

• 5k Early Bird: $25 until 3/9/25
• 10 Mile Early Bird: $60 until 3/9/25
• Relay Early Bird: $40 until 3/9/25
• All registrations must be completed online or by mail.

• Timing: Chip timing by Seashore Strider Event Production using the Chronotrack system
• Race Shirt: Long sleeve race shirts for participants
• Coursing: Beautiful course through Cape Henlopen State Park

• Team Composition: Relay will feature Male/Male, Female/Female & Male/Female divisions.
• Chip Exchange: Timing chip must be switched at turnaround point.
• Team Packet: Includes bibs, t-shirts, and race map for each team member.
• Transportation: Responsibility of participants to arrange for transit to the relay turnaround.
