The Ryan Lambert Memorial is a charitable organization that has been formed with the intent of raising awareness and funds to support both Vietnam Veteran programs throughout Delaware and the American Foundation for Suicide Awareness (AFSP) in the name and memory of Ryan Andrew Lambert. The Ryan Lambert Memorial Committee, along with the Seashore Striders, look forward to hosting you at this very important fundraising event. Thank You!

Start Times: Kids Dash @ 9:45am and 5k at 10:00am.

• Early Registration: $30.00 through June 6th at 10:00pm
• Race Day Registration: $35.00 from 8:30am - 9:50am
• Kiddie Dash: No Charge for kids 8 & under

  • Please fill out the form completely & neatly double-checking Age, Gender, Entry Fee Price & Event Choice. A Fast & Flat out & back 3.11 mile out & back course in beautiful roads of Bowers Beach.

ALL PARTICIPANTS ARE REQUIRED TO RUN ON THE COURSE THAT IS MARKED WITH ARROWS AND CONES. PLEASE STAY ON THE ROAD WHERE IT IS MARKED AND POLICE ARE STATIONED. FAILURE TO FOLLOW THESE RACE INSTRUCTIONS COULD RESULT IN A DISQUALIFICATION FROM THE EVENT. THANK YOU FOR YOUR COOPERATION IN THIS MATTER. RACE DIRECTOR TIM-SS

SEASHORE STRIDER COURSE GUIDELINES: THE FOLLOWING ARE NOT ALLOWED IN A SEASHORE STRIDER EVENT...THANK YOU FOR YOUR COOPERATION FOR THE SAFETY OF ALL PARTICIPANTS...RD TIM- SS

• Bikes: NOT ALLOWED ON THE COURSE RIDING ALONG/PACING ANY REGISTERED RUNNER
• Bandits: NON REGISTERED RUNNERS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BE IN THE RACE RUNNING ALONG/PACING ANY REGISTERED RUNNER
• Headphones: DISCOURAGED wearing in both ears due to safety of hearing traffic. If you must wear them, only wear them in one ear at a low volume level.

⏱️ Race Timing

Seashore Strider Event Production will chip time the event using the Chronotrack chip timing system. All Race Bibs are to be worn on the front.

5k Individual Awards...Overall Male & Female, Master Male & Female, and top 3 finishers in 10 year age groups from 9 & U to 70 & O

🅿️ Race Parking

Parking will be at Clifton Cubbage Drive in Bowers Beach for this event. Please follow volunteer directions.

💵 Refunds/Deferral

The Seashore Striders have a "No Refund" policy, however we make every possible attempt to please our client with the following options: 1. Transfer to a future Seashore Strider owned event of equal value before the end of the current year. 2. Donate your entry fee to the charity associated with the event or to the Seashore Strider Youth Running program. 3. Transfer/Defer to the following year at the same event. Thank You for your cooperation & understanding as some situations are beyond the control of the Seashore Striders.
