This is an exciting time of year for Bayhealth nursing staff as we gear up for our annual Nurse on the Run 5K with a 1 Mile option.

- Direct support: The funds raised go directly to support the professional development of Bayhealth nurses.
- Specialty certification: These funds allow nurses to become certified in their specialty.
- Patient outcomes: It is shown that certified nurses lead to improved patient outcomes.
