🗓️ Event Schedule

Date: November 10, 2024

10K Run: 10:00 a.m.
5K Run/Walk: 10:15 a.m.
Kids K: 11:15 a.m.
Note: You must be at the start of your event 10-15 minutes before the above start times.

📦 Runner Packet Pickup and Late Registration

Date: November 9, 2024
Time: 11:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Location: Fleet Feet Sports, North Towne Plaza, 5901 Wyoming Suite R, Albuquerque NM 87109

Late Registrations: Accepted at Packet Pickup.
Race-Day Registration: Available, but pre-registered participants are encouraged to pick up at Packet Pickup.
Packet Pickup: If unable to pick up packets in person, make arrangements for a representative to do so.
Note: Out-of-town participants may pick up their packets on race morning at the registration area.

🚗 Parking

Designated Areas: Please use designated parking areas only.
No Parking: Do not park on roads, sidewalks or pedestrian bike paths.
Parking Availability: Available parking at Mariposa Basin Park.

🚻 Bathroom Facilities

Bathrooms are available near the start/finish.

⏱️ Start Information

The start location for the 10K, 5K Run, 5K Walk, and Kids K is Mariposa Basin Park. Participants must be on the field (start) by 9:45 a.m. to be ready for the 10:00 a.m. start.

🏁 Finish Information

All participants will finish on the Mariposa Basin Park Field.

Kids K: Will start and finish on the field.

📋 Race (Bib) Requirements

Each participant will receive a Race (Bib/Timing Chip) number that must be worn on race day. DO NOT alter your race number in any way. Your bib number must be visible and worn on the front outside of all clothing during the entire race to be seen. Bib numbers are non-transferable and MUST be worn by the runner to whom it is assigned.

🍩 Donuts To Go!

Do not forget to purchase your additional donuts at the event to take home. Donut worry, you will still have donuts for you at the finish!

❓ Frequently Asked Questions

Headphones: Yes, participants can run with iPods/headphones.
GPS Devices: Yes, participants may wear GPS watches or devices.
Prohibited Items: Participants are prohibited from using video devices, cell phones, cameras, or similar devices.
Baby Joggers: Allowed, but must be registered and positioned behind other runners.

⛑️ Inclement Weather

Weather forecasts will be monitored before the event, with updates provided via email and on the RunFit website. The Race Director may modify the race start time or cancel the event if necessary. Please listen to all public address announcements at the race's starting line.

🚑 Medical Support

Medical staff members will be ready to assist you at any time. Radio communications personnel will be positioned along the course at every aid/water station. If you cannot finish the race, please notify a race official of your bib number.

🏆 Awards Information

Overall and division award winners will be announced at the Awards Ceremony on race day following the Kids K.

10K: Prizes for top three men and women and for age group winners.
5K: Prizes for top three men and women and for age group winners.
Kids K: All registered participants (11 and under) receive a special recognition award.
