📅 RACE SCHEDULE
RACE DAY CHECK-IN: 4:30 - 6PM
- 6:15pm: 1K Swim + 5K Run, 1K Swim & Relays start
- Swim Wave 1: Co-ed/FAST
- Swim Wave 2: Men 49 & under
- Swim Wave 3: Men 50+
- Swim Wave 4: Women 49 & under
- Swim Wave 5: Women 50+
- 6:20pm: 5K Run or walk will start at the arch
🙌 REGISTRATION INCLUDES
- Race Tee: Stylish Race Tee - limit 1 per summer
- Swim Cap: Silicone Swim Cap (excludes 5K Runners unless you run in a cap!)
