Best CUSTOM BLING Hawaiian SHIRTS and a HUGE CUSTOM FINISHER medal with a moving TIKI.

SO CAL'S BEST THEMED BEACH & POLYNESIAN PARTY...on the BEACH!! It's a yearly EXPERIENCE & a TRADITION! Started in 2014.

This great beach location is just west of Huntington City Beach and Dog Beach in Huntington Beach, east of Sunset Beach.

🎉 Race Atmosphere

Entertainment: Live Polynesian Drummers and Dancers!
Theme: Coconuts, palm trees, grass skirts!
Participant Perks: Every participant gets a Hawaiian-style race shirt and a CUSTOM CAST FINISHER MEDAL!
Timing: CAREN WARE EVENTS are RFID CHIP Timed by ITZ ABOUT TIME.

🥞 Refreshments

Refreshments include Coconut and Banana Pancakes, specialty coffee, and street tacos served from 7:15 am to 10 am. Bring a little $. Enjoy the expo area and great selfie moments.

🏃‍♂️ Course Information

Flat and fast, or slow and easy out and backs. Make it the pace you want it. The 5K/10K routes are both out and back courses on the paved beach path. Listen to the waves with a beachside view.

Stage at the start in corral suited for your pace. Your course start time does not begin until you enter under the arch. Make sure to have the correct bib for the distance you are running and wear that bib pinned TO THE FRONT.

📦 Early Race Packet Pick Up

Location: SPORTS BASEMENT from noon to 3 pm on Saturday, September 27.

Address: 10800 Kalama River Ave, Fountain Valley, Ca. 92708

You can pick up for others. No ID required. You may also pick up race morning at the race site.

🏆 Awards

Top Three Male/Female Awards: “In It To Win It” age categories 3 deep with 5-year age spans for 5K and 10K.

🕒 Race Day Schedule

6:30 am: Vendors arrive and set up, Volunteers arrive and check-in.
7 am - 8:30: Registration OPEN. Shirts and bibs available for pick up on race day.
8:15 am: Kid's dash and 1 mile.
8:30 am: Mass Start for 10K and 5K.

9:10 am begins 5k AWARDS CEREMONY and at 9:40 am begins 10K AWARDS CEREMONY.

🚗 Parking Information

EVENT in LOT 25 of Bolsa Chica State Beach (Closest to the corner of Warner and PCH). State Park charges $15 per car. Public parking is available behind the Jack in the Box in Sunset Beach. RESTROOMS are open and located on each end of lot 25.
