• Reason for Increase: Due to the increases in our Country in many of the expenses involved in this event (t-shirts, screen charges, medals, trophy parts, safety personnel etc...) we are forced to have to increase our registration prices.
• Affordability: For 35 years I have tried to price my events reasonable or in line with (usually lower) than surrounding events.

• 5k Course: Grove Park course through the pines of Northside Rehoboth
• 1 mile Fright Walk: will start with the 5k and do an out & back on Henlopen Avenue.

• Packet Pick-up: on Friday, October 25th from 4-6 pm
• Carb Load: Irish Eyes Pub & Restaurant invites all runners to pre-race carb load from 4-6 pm as Irish Eyes has several pasta dinner options on their menu

🎉 Silent Auction

The Seashore Strider Weekly Run/Walk Club- "The Grove Park Running/Walking Club" will be holding a silent auction in conjunction with this race. The purpose is to raise funds for our annual scholarship awarded to a Cape senior who has participated in track and field.

There will be several useful and beautiful items, most of them donated by Mod Cottage, a wonderful downtown establishment. Bidding will occur pre-race through the awards ceremony.

Please be aware only cash and checks can be accepted.
