🏃‍♀️ 21ST GEORGETOWN LIBRARY 5K RUN & 1 MILE WALK

Join us on June 13th at 6:30 pm for the 21st Georgetown Library 5K in Georgetown, DE. This event is part of the Seashore Strider Triple Crown Series, along with the Paul Kares Rock 'N Roll 5K and the 35th Father's Day 5K.

Participants that complete all three events will qualify for an additional "Triple Crown" Award.

📅 DESCRIPTION

• Event: Run or Walk 5K (3.1 miles)
• Option: Adult/Child Walk 1 mile
• Start/Finish: Both courses begin and end at the Georgetown Library

⏰ EVENT SCHEDULE

• 5:30 – 6:20 PM: Race day registration and packet pick-up
• 6:30 PM: Start of 5K race. (NOTE- NEW START TIME)
• Ceremony: Awards ceremony following 5K

• Support: Come out and support the Georgetown Public Library

💵 REGISTRATION FEES

• $25.00: 5K PRE-REGISTRATION thru 6/12/25 @ 10:00 pm
• $30.00: 5K RACE DAY REGISTRATION from 5:30 - 6:20 pm
• $10.00: Children 12 & U PRE & POST

• $20.00: 1m walk PRE-REGISTRATION thru 6/12/25 @ 10:00 pm
• $25.00: 1m walk RACE DAY REGISTRATION from 5:30 - 6:20 pm
• $10.00: Children 12 & U PRE & POST

• 1. Register ONLINE from this site.
• 2. Register In Person (with a check or cash) on race day open from 5:30 to 6:20 pm.
• 3. Register by Mail (with a check) - download Universal Form from www.seashorestriders.com.

🎽 AMENITIES

• T-shirts: Guaranteed to the first 100 registered.
• Refreshments: Water stop and refreshments provided.
• Timing: Finish line managed by Seashore Striders Race Production.
• Awards: Post race ceremony at the Library.

🏆 AWARDS

• Categories: Presented to the male/female 5K Overall and Master Champions as well as the top three finishers in age groups: 9 & under, 10-13, 14-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70 and over.
• No awards for the 1 mile fun walk.

📈 RESULTS

• Seashore Strider Event Production, Inc. using the Chronotrack B Timing Chip System.
