⏳ Course Time Limit

Our designated course completion time has been set at 3 hours and 20 minutes. The finish line closes at 10:20 AM.

For those who may have concerns about nearing the time limit, we offer an early start time of 6:30 AM. All early starters will not be eligible for awards.

🏃‍♂️ About our Courses

We embrace an open-course philosophy, inviting a vibrant tapestry of fellow runners, walkers, and enthusiasts to share the day’s experience with you. Safety is our cornerstone, and to ensure it, all runners are kindly requested to remain on the designated pedestrian side of the beach path.

• Course Certification: Our Santa Monica Course is USTAF-certified and marked. You never have to worry about street closures or getting lost.
• 5k & 10k Details: The 5k will run 1 out and back lap, while the 10k will run two out-and-back laps.
• Half Marathon: Runners will run 3 out and back laps, with the half marathon turn at mile 2.19.

📸 Race Photos

Capture the moment forever with our gift of free downloadable race photos – snapshots that freeze your journey in time. Photos are typically posted within 24 hours of the event.

🔍 Race Results

Race results will be meticulously tabulated and promptly posted on our website, a mere 12 hours after the race concludes.

💵 Refunds and Deferrals

Unfortunately, refunds are not provided. However, we prioritize flexibility and allow transfers to another High Tide Runs event upon request. Please note that transfers cannot be made within 48 hours before the event.

📋 Bib Pick Up

Claim your bib with eager anticipation, beginning at 6:30 am at the High Tides tents. Please have your ID or Race Confirmation email available to show staff.

🕖 Start Times

• Half Marathon: 7:00 am sharp.
• 5k and 10k: 7:30 am.

Find your launchpad at 2030 Ocean Ave Santa Monica, CA US 90405. Look for the welcoming easy-up tents, nestled beside Crescent Bay Park. This is where your journey begins.

🚗 Understanding Santa Monica Parking

• Street Parking: If you choose to park along the street, exercise caution and read the signs thoroughly.
• Prime Parking Zone: We recommend utilizing the paid parking lot located conveniently close to the start line. Rates range between $10 to $12.
