ABWR has teamed up with two local charities to help with fire relief efforts. Portion of proceeds will go to California Community Foundation and Pasadena Humane Society.

It's time for our Dolphin Dash 5k, 10k, 15k, Half Marathon fun run/walk!!!

🕒 Schedule

• Check-in: 7-7:30AM for everyone
• Start: 7:30AM
• Half Marathon Cut Off: 10:45am, option to start early to finish by 10:45am, please email for early start abetterworldrunning@gmail.com

📍 Location

Address - * Please check in at the tables closest to 54th Place, at the start of the beach path. NOT near Claremont Ave. Long Beach path in Belmont Shores -- 5400 E. Ocean Blvd. Long Beach, CA 90803 (off of 54th Place and Ocean Blvd.) * do not use Apple Maps app as a GPS, use the Google Maps or Waze app. There is a photo of the map on the website -- www.abetterworldrunning.com.

🚻 Event Details

• Parking: PLEASE PLAN ON CARPOOLING AND GETTING THERE EARLY TO FIND PARKING AND USE THE RESTROOM. Bring toilet paper just in case as the beach restrooms are not always fully stocked that early in the morning.
• Results: All the participants will have their results posted with their names and times. Free pictures for everyone posted on our facebook page after the event!
• Course Info: 5k out and back route: 5k Route, 10k: 2 x 5k loops, 15k: 3 x 5k loops, Half Marathon: 3 x 4.36 mi loop: Half Marathon Route.
• Strollers: Running/walking with a stroller is allowed. 3:15 time limit for the half marathon. If more time is needed, please email us for early start at abetterworldrunning@gmail.com.

🏅 Finisher Medals

ALL finishers get a medal. All results will be posted after the event on our website usually the evening of the event on www.abetterworldrunning.com.
