🏖 Course Details

Our courses are not closed, which means that there are often other runners, walkers, and others enjoying the day along with you. Safety is a must and all runners must stay on the pedestrian side of the beach path.

• Structure: This is an out-and-back course meaning you will begin and finish in the same location.
• Water Stations: The courses are well marked with two water stations and restrooms along the way.
• 5K & 10K: Both will run the same course: 5K is a single lap, 10K consists of two laps.
• Half Marathon: Runners will complete three out-and-back laps.

🎖 Your Experience

All participants will receive a finisher medal, finish line goodies, and free downloadable race photos. Race results will be posted on our website within 10 hours of the completion of the race.

• Discounts: Sign up for 3 events at the same time for a 15% discount.
• Incentives: Earn rewards for completing 10 or more events in a calendar year.
• Tracking: We will track you and notify you when close to qualifying for any specials.
• Policy: Deferrals until 48 hours before the event, with transfer options available.

🕒 Event Logistics

Bib pick-up and event start times are as follows:

• Bib Pick-Up: 6:30 AM near the start line.
• Half Marathon Start Time: 7:00 AM.
• 5K & 10K Start Time: 7:30 AM.
• Check-in Location: Look for the tents adjacent to Crescent Bay Park.

🚗 Parking Information

If you park on the street be sure to read the signs carefully. Street sweeping is daily in Santa Monica. It is best to park in the paid parking lot near the start line.

• Pricing: Parking ranges from $10 to $12 depending on the time of the year.
• Payment: If you arrive before the lot attendant, pay at the machine near the lot entrance.
• GPS: Waze is recommended for accurate directions.
• Stroller Access: Parents are encouraged to bring their children in strollers.
