It's time for our Dolphin Dash 5k, 10k, 15k, Half Marathon fun run/walk!!!
📅 Event Details
- Check-in: 7-7:30AM for everyone
- Start: 7:30AM
- Half Marathon Cut-off: 11am, option to start early to finish by 11am, please email for early start abetterworldrunning@gmail.com
- Address: 5400 E. Ocean Blvd. Long Beach, CA 90803 (off of 54th Place and Ocean Blvd.)
🚗 Transportation Tips
- Carpool: Please plan on carpooling and getting there early to find parking.
- Restroom Access: Bring toilet paper just in case as the beach restrooms are not always fully stocked that early in the morning.
- GPS Recommendation: Do not use Apple Maps app as a GPS, use Google Maps or Waze app.
- Map Photo: There is a photo of the map on the website -- www.abetterworldrunning.com
🏅 Event Highlights
- Results Posting: All participants will have their results posted with their names and times.
- Free Photos: Everyone gets free pictures posted on our Facebook page after the event!
- Pacers: Pacers and crew are welcome at any time.
- Facilities: Numerous restrooms and water fountains along the course.

- 5k: Out and back route View Route
- 10k: 2 x 5k loops
- 15k: 3 x 5k loops
- Half Marathon: 3 x 4.36 mi loop: View Route
🥇 Finisher Medals
- Participation Medals: All finishers get a medal.
- Goodie Bags: Everyone will receive a goodie bag.
- Results Posting: Results are posted after every race on www.abetterworldrunning.com
