The Hoag OC Marathon Running Festival includes four different runs during the first weekend in May annually. The weekend of running begins at the OC Fair and Event Center on Saturday morning with the award winning Hoag Kids Run the OC when nearly 9,000 kids from over 150 Orange County schools participate.
🎉 Celebrate OC Festival
- Event Timing: The afternoon kicks off with the CELEBRATE OC Festival.
- Activities: Features local sports teams, craft brews, and some of Orange County's iconic brands.
- Entertainment: Enjoy live music all day.
5K Race Details
- Event: Later in the day on Saturday, the OC 5K takes place.
- Course: It offers a fun, flat tour of the OC Fairgrounds and nearby Orange Coast College.
- Finish Festival: Followed by the Celebrate OC Finish Festival.

- Start Time: Sunday morning begins early in Newport Beach.
- Course Highlights: The exceptional OC Marathon & Half Marathon course is a blend of chic coastal scenery, tranquil nature, and sophisticated arts and shopping.
