🗓️ Race Day Details

• Bib Pick Up: 6:30 AM near the start line.
• Half Marathon/10-mile Start: 7:00 AM
• 5K, 10K Start: 7:30 AM
• Start Location: 5400 E. Ocean Blvd, Long Beach, CA 90803, at the Claremont Ave end of the parking lot. Look for the High Tides tent. Map

⏳ Course Information

• Time Limit: 3 hours and 20 minutes, finish line closes at 10:20 AM.
• Early Start: For those near the limit, an early start is available at 6:30 AM.
• Course Safety: We kindly request all runners to remain on the designated pedestrian side of the beach path.
• Water Stations: Two water stations are provided along the course with water and Gatorade.

🏅 Post-Race Celebration

• Finisher's Medal: Every participant will proudly claim a finisher':s medal.
• Finish-Line Goodies: A treasure trove of finish-line goodies will be yours to savor.
• Free Race Photos: Downloadable race photos will be provided within 24 hours.

💸 Refunds and Transfers

We apologize, but we do not offer refunds. However, you may transfer to another High Tides Event 48 hours before the event.

• Parking Options: Long Beach offers a plethora of convenient parking options along Ocean Ave.
