At High Tide Runs, we aim to remove barriers and help individuals achieve their goals through low-cost, cozy, and intimate races. Fuel and water are covered to let you focus on performance.

📍 Event Details
- Location: Mile Square Park, 16801 Euclid St, Fountain Valley, CA 92708 - Race starts and ends in Parking Lot E.
- Bib Pickup: Starts at 7 am.
- Race Start Times: Half Marathon: 7:30 am, 5k/10k: 7:45 am.
- Parking Fee: $5.00 per car at Mile Square Park (Opens at 7 am): limited free street parking available.
🗺️ Course Description
- Route: 5k/10k loop around the park with scenic elements like Freedom Hall and Swan Lake.
- Distances: 5k: 1 loop, 10k: 2 loops, Half Marathon: 4 loops.
- Water Stations: Near Shelter Number 4 and the start/finish in Parking Lot E.
- Time Limit: 3 hours and 30 minutes: finish line crossing by 11 a.m.
