It's time for our Spooky Dash 5k, 10k, 15k, Half Marathon fun run/walk!!!

🕒 Check-in and Start Times

• Check-in: 7-7:30AM for everyone
• Start: 7:30AM
• Half Marathon Cut-off: 10:45AM
• Early Start: Option available: please email abetterworldrunning@yahoo.com for details.

📍 Location

Address - Please check in at the tables closest to 54th Place, at the start of the beach path. NOT near Claremont Ave. Long Beach path in Belmont Shores -- 5400 E. Ocean Blvd. Long Beach, CA 90803 (off of 54th Place and Ocean Blvd.) * Do not use Apple Maps app as a GPS, use the Google Maps or Waze app. There is a photo of the map on the website -- www.abetterworldrunning.com

🚽 Event Logistics

• Parking: Please plan on carpooling and getting there early to find parking.
• Restrooms: Bring toilet paper just in case as the beach restrooms are not always fully stocked that early in the morning.
• Results: All the participants will have their results posted with their names and times.
• Pacers: Pacers and crew are welcome at any time.

🏅 Race Distances

• 5k: Out and back route - View Route
• 10k: 2 x 5k loops
• 15k: 3 x 5k loops
• Half Marathon: 3 x 4.36 mi loop - View Route

🐶 Running Guidelines

Participants are not allowed to run with dogs. Running/walking with a stroller is allowed. There is a 3:15 time limit for the half marathon. If more time is needed, please email us at abetterworldrunning@yahoo.com for an early start.

🎖️ Finishers' Rewards

• Medals: ALL finishers get a medal
• Goodie Bags: Everyone will get a goodie bag.
• Results Posting: Results are posted after every race on www.abetterworldrunning.com
• Photos: Free photos are posted on our Facebook page - View Photos
