🎉 Welcome to the DINO DASH!
The Dinosaur Dash is a community run, walk, and bike event benefiting the Tustin Public Schools Foundation. There's something for everyone:
- 2k Fun Run: A great option for all ages!
- Chip-timed Runs: Choose between 5k and 10k distances.
- Bike Tours: Designed for all riding levels with 15k and a family-friendly 5k.
- Finisher Medals: Unique, student-designed medals for 10k, 5k, and Bike Tour participants.
🏆 Awards and Recognitions
The 5k and 10k top finishers in each racing age division will receive the official Dino Dash trophy:
- Hand-made Trophies: Crafted by Tustin Unified students.
- Medals: Second- and third-place finishers in 5k and 10k will receive medals.
- Fun Run & Bike Tour: These events are not timed and do not have age division awards.
- Bike Tour Experience: The 15k bike tour is recommended for riders 13 and up and travels through Tustin and Irvine.
🎪 Expo and Community Engagement
A free family Expo will offer activities, fundraising booths, and exhibitors:
- Fundraising Opportunities: Support Tustin Public Schools Foundation.
- Enrichment Programs: Funds for after-school sports, robotics, and more.
- Activities for All: Enjoy various community activities and resources.
- Charitable Support: The foundation aids students and teachers in Tustin Unified schools.

PLEASE NOTE: Race day registrations (Sunday, November 3rd) do not include a shirt.

- 5:30 AM: Race-Day Registration Opens (near El Camino and West St.)
- 6:30 AM: Bike Valet Opens
- 6:30 AM: Bike Tour - 15k begins on open roads
- 6:45 AM: Bike Tour - 5k begins on closed roads
- 7:00 AM: Dino Dash Expo Opens
- 7:00 AM: 10K Chip-timed Run Begins
- 8:00 AM: Food Court Opens
- 8:00 AM: 5K Chip-timed Run Begins
- 8:20 AM: TUSD Middle School Cross Country 5k Begins
- 9:00 AM: 2K Fun Run Begins (non-timed)
- 10:00 AM: Video Contest Awards - Expo Stage
- 10:30 AM: Event Ends
