- Organizer: The Green Professionals Association (GPA) presents its 12th Annual Turkey Trot 5K Run/Walk and 1-Mile Fun Run. Please join us on Thanksgiving Morning!
- Participant Limit: We will cap this race at 650 runners, so please register early.
- Purpose: The Turkey Trot raises money for college scholarships for Green High School seniors. To date, GPA has donated $41,000 in college scholarships to Green High School seniors.

- Event: 5K Run/Walk and 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk
- Location: 1737 Steese Road, Green, Ohio, 44685 (Green Memorial Stadium). Please park at the stadium before 7:20 am. The school parking lots will be closed for the day.
- Date & Time: Thursday, November 28, 2024, at 7:30 AM (1 mile) and 8:00 AM (5K).

- 5K Preregistered: $30 (Pre-Registration ends on November 27th at 10:00 AM)
- 5K Race Day: $35 (Starts on November 27th at 10:01 AM)
- 1-Mile Fun Run Preregistered: $15 (Pre-Registration ends on November 27th at 10:00 AM)
- 1-Mile Fun Run Race Day: $20 (Starts on November 27th at 10:01 AM)
š¦ Packet Pick-Up
- Night Before: Registration & packet pickup is from 5:00 pm ā 7:00 pm on November 27th at Cleveland Clinic Akron General Health & Wellness Center, Lifestyles in Green, 1946 Town Park Blvd, Uniontown.
- Facility Access: Each person who picks up their packet can utilize Lifestyles' facilities that day and receive a free 2-day pass valid until January 1, 2024.
- Race Day: Registration & packet pickup is from 6:30 am ā 7:30 am on November 28th at Green Memorial Stadium.
- Stadium Access: Please note that the stadium will not open until 6:30 am on November 28th.
š Awards
- 5K Prizes: Rewards for top 3 Male & Female in each age class and top 3 Male & Female Overall.
- Age Brackets: 14 & under, 15-18, 19-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 & up.
- 1 Mile: Top 4 finishers receive prizes.
- Drawing: There will be a drawing for other prizes at the end of the race. Bring CANNED GOODS for tickets! All canned food will be donated to the Akron-Canton Foodbank.
