The 8th Annual USAT Sanctioned Fox Lake Sprint Triathlon.
🌊 Swim Details
- Course: Swim in Nippersink Lake with a 750 yard triangle course - 2 inflatable duck turns and a swan finish.
🚴♂️ Bike Course
- Distance: 12 mile bike route.
- Terrain: Has a few rollers and some straight shots to get up some speed.
🏃♂️ Run Details
- Distance: 3.1 mile run.
- Course: An out and back course with over 2 miles on a paved bike path.
🚗 Logistics
- Parking: Available within 2 blocks of transition.
- Finish Line: Within steps of transition.
- Spectators: A great event for spectators in and around the course.
🥇 Race Day Information
- Wetsuit Policy: Typically wetsuit legal.
- Bike Rules: Always no draft bike.
- Run Conditions: Flat and fast run.
- USAT Official: An official will be on the bike course.
🎉 Finish Line Festivities
FINISH LINE food, festivities, and awards will be done near when the last person has finished.
