🏃♂️ Participation Details
- Run/Walk: Run or walk the 5K with your dog or without!
- Dog Requirements: Dogs must be up to date on all vaccinations and be excellent around all other animals & people.
- Certification: The race is certified & timed by J3 Timing, suitable for runners of all levels.
- Family Event: There is also a 1 Mile Family Fun Walk directly after the 5K!
💖 Mission and Impact
- Proceeds: 100% of the proceeds go towards the dogs and cats at our No Kill Animal Shelter.
- Tax Deductible: We are a 501C3 and all donations are tax deductible.
- Shelter Background: Founded in June 2002, we rescue and care for homeless animals from high kill facilities.
- Animal Care: Animals are rehabilitated and matched with prospective adopters, ensuring they find loving homes.
🐶 Fun for Dogs
- Dog Participation: Dogs are encouraged to participate in the run or walk too!
- Prizes: The first two dogs to cross the finish line receive prizes!

- Non-Runner Option: This is also a great option for those who choose not to run or walk in the 5k.
