Location: Brocks Gap Brewing Company

Date: March 8th, 2025

Start Time: 4:00 PM – Race Begins at 6:00 PM

🗺️ Course Overview

• Route: Starts at Brocks Gap Brewing Company, loops around Black Creek Mountain Bike Park, and finishes at the brewery.
• Distance: 5.56K

👥 Participation Information

• Open to Everyone: Limited to 300 runners for a quality event.
• Age Requirement: 10 years and older.
• Rain or Shine: The race will proceed regardless of weather.

🏆 Divisions

• Regular Division: Male & Female (no extra weight)
• Heavy Division: Male & Female (must carry a 35 lb. vest/ruck)
• Team Heavy Division: 4 individuals carrying 35 lb. vests/rucks, must finish together.

📏 Important Rules

• Headlamp/Flashlight: Required for the nighttime trail run.
• Weight Check: All vests and rucks will be weighed post-race. Failure to meet the 35 lb. requirement disqualifies you from awards.
• Team Registration: Teams can register separately but must cross the finish line together.

🚗 Amenities

• Parking: At Hoover Met only: no parking at Brocks Gap Brewing Company (except for handicapped). There is a path and stairs from the parking lot to the brewery.
• Restrooms: Available at Brocks Gap Brewery and start line.
• Water Station: One at the entrance to the trail, accessible when entering and exiting.

📝 Registration

• Deadline for Guaranteed Items: Register by 01/24/2025 for a t-shirt, finisher medal, and koozie.
• Race Day Registration: Available but items are not guaranteed.

🎟️ Bib and Bag Pick-Up

• When: The night before (March 7th) from 4 to 7 PM at Brocks Gap Brewery, and on race day at 4 PM.
• Bag Check: Available during the race. Your bib number will be written on your bag.
