- Chipped Time Event: Experience accurate timing for your run.
- Run or Walk 5K: Open to all fitness levels, join us for a run or walk.
- Fun For All: Family-friendly event welcoming participants of all ages.
- Jerry Can 5K Relay: A (3) person relay with male and female teams, featuring a challenging carry of a filled Jerry can.
📍 Event Details
- Team Formation: Each team must consist of 3 participants, who sign up as a single entry.
- Weight Requirements: 5 Gallons (42lbs) for men's teams and 3 Gallons (25lbs) for women's teams.
- Carrying Method: The Jerry can may be carried in any position, but no straps or alternative methods are allowed.
- Participation: All age athletes are welcome to join the fun!
❤️ Purpose of the Event
The goal of the Foundations for Hope 5K is to advance the Gospel by empowering the local church, investing in individuals, providing critical resources, and equipping Christian leaders. This year’s 5K will support a combination of these efforts, through the local church in East Africa, by providing communities with Christian leaders, churches, clean water, and medicine. Join us for a great event and be part of a generation being changed by the love of Jesus.
