Have you ever wondered what it’s like to run the racetrack at the world-renowned Barber Motorsports Park? Well, now you can! Experience the 17-turn road course like never before at The INDY 5K presented by BlueCross BlueShield of Alabama, on May 2nd at the Barber Motorsports Park. Race participation includes Friday General Admission to the Children’s of Alabama Indy Grand Prix.

🎟️ What is included in your Race Entry Fee

• Finisher Medal: INDY 5K Race Finisher Medal
• T-shirt: INDY 5K Race T-shirt (First 500 registrants receive a shirt)
• Timing: Chip Timed 5K
• Course Certification: USATF Certified 5K Course [Course Map]

📅 Pre-Race Registration & Packet Pick Up

• Location: Hampton Inn
• Dates: April 30, 2025 - 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm: May 1, 2025 - 7:30 am to 1:00 pm
• Note: On-site registration will be cashless (Credit Card only).
• Race Day Registration: Begins at 10:30 am on May 2nd in Lot E.

🚗 Race Day Parking

• Parking available: In Lot E. Show printed Indy 5K registration to enter.
• Entry: Turn left at the "T" intersection by the Museum, show registration at the gate.

🐾 Pet Policy

Pets are NOT allowed at Barber Motorsports Park.

📋 Race Day Agenda

• 10:30 am: Registration Opens at Barber Motorsports Park - Lot E [Click Here]
• 5:00 pm: 5K Registration Closes
• 5:30 pm: 5K Start
• 6:00 - 7:00 pm: Indy 5K Post-Race Party

🏆 5K Awards

Top Overall Male/Female and Top 3 Male/Female (10-Year Age Groups) will be awarded.

💧 Water Stop Stations

Water stop locations will be at the start line, finish line, and halfway mark on the 5K.

🚼 Strollers at the Race

We ask that you keep your children with you at all times and that you start from the back of the starting line.

📢 Cancellation Statement

Your entry fee is non-refundable. This event will occur rain or shine. In extreme circumstances, the event may be canceled, and fees will be donated to Children's of Alabama.

🔄 Transfer of Registration Policy

Participants can transfer their online registration (Online Only) until April 28, 2025. After this date, registrations are non-transferable. [Click Here]
