The Wisdom Warrior Challenge (WWC) is a unique track event for senior living communities! What started as 19 seniors training together for a local 5K now involves more than 1,000+ participants in a national competition! And it’s absolutely FREE to every participant thanks to our generous sponsors!
Participating senior communities are given all the tools required to host a WWC track event for their residents that will earn them points in both a local and national competition!
👵 QUALIFICATION CRITERIA
Qualifying is easy – participants must be 50 years of age or older and able to repeat the statement: “Age is just a number, and I am so much more than a number!”
🏅 COMPETITION DETAILS
- Distance options: The competition is broken down into several different distances.
- Age categories: Various age categories are included.
- Wheelchair division: There is also a wheelchair division!
- Participant benefits: Participants receive stocked up swag bags, t-shirts, and medals.
🎉 COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT
The WWC is a fantastic opportunity to engage senior community residents in health and wellness programs, as well as involve the local community through sponsorships, awards ceremonies, and vendor expos!
