The Wisdom Warrior Challenge (WWC) is a unique track event for senior living communities!
- Origin: What started as 19 seniors training together for a local 5K now involves more than 1,000+ participants in a national competition!
- Cost: It’s absolutely FREE to every participant thanks to our generous sponsors!
- Support: Participating senior communities are given all the tools required to host a WWC track event for their residents.
- Qualification: Participants must be 50 years of age or older and able to repeat the statement: “Age is just a number, and I am so much more than a number!”
The competition is broken down into several different distances and various age categories – including a wheelchair division!
- Registration: Participants receive stocked up swag bags, t-shirts, and medals.
The WWC is a fantastic opportunity to engage senior community residents in health and wellness programs.
- Involvement: It also involves the local community through sponsorships, awards ceremonies and vendor expos!
