The Wisdom Warrior Challenge (WWC) is a unique track event for senior living communities! What started as 19 seniors training together for a local 5K now involves more than 1,000+ participants in a national competition! And it’s absolutely FREE to every participant thanks to our generous sponsors!

📈 PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS
- Age: Participants must be 50 years of age or older.
- Statement: Must be able to repeat the statement: “Age is just a number, and I am so much more than a number!”

- Categories: The competition is broken down into several different distances and various age categories – including a wheelchair division!
