E5 Moves 5k and 1 Mile run/walk will take place on May 5th, 2024 at 7:00am at Quiet Waters Park, Deerfield Beach.
Please join us for Element Five Fitness's "E5 Moves" 2nd Annual 5k and 1 Mile run/walk.
100% of proceeds: will benefit the Pace Center for Girls, Broward.

PACKET PICK UP:
- Date/Time: Thursday (May 2nd) 4:00pm-7:00pm
- Date/Time: Friday (May 3rd) 4:00pm-7:00pm
- Date/Time: Saturday (May 4th) 8am-12pm
- Location: Element Five Fitness Studio. 6370 N State Road 7, Suite 112, Coconut Creek, FL 33073. Race Day Packet Pickup is available beginning at 6am.

RACE DAY: Quiet Waters Park at the Bald Eagle Pavilion. 7:00am Start Time.
💻 Virtual Participation
VIRTUAL RUNNERS: Thank you so much for your virtual participation. There is no virtual submission required however, if you'd like to get social, please tag your time upon completion @ElementFiveFitness - we’d love to repost and thank you for your support! Your medal and t-shirt will be mailed 1 week after the event.
