Winter 2024/2025 Full & Half Marathon Training in Wendell is brought to you by Triangle Run Smart Training, presented by Pace Yourself Run Company and The Running PTs.

🗓️ Program Overview

• Duration: 16 weeks long
• Target Audience: Geared toward helping adults train for a full or half marathon, suitable for all levels
• Training Structure: Detailed daily plan, 2 coached group runs per week, suggested cross-training & strength training workouts
• Flexibility: Coached group runs in person, with virtual options available for missed sessions

💰 Cost and Registration

• Price: Cost of the class is $85
• Deadline: Register by 12/15
• Refund Policy: No refunds or class credit if you drop the class after registering
• Financial Assistance: Contact us for help with affording the training class through our donation program

• Dates: November 24, 2024 - March 16, 2025 (no classes on 11/28, 12/24, & 12/26)
• Meeting Times: Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30AM-6:30AM
• Group Long Runs: Saturdays at 7:30AM-9:30AM, locations vary weekly
• Location: Pace Yourself Run Company (8 East 3rd Street, Wendell, NC 27591)
