- Pre-Race Warm Up: From 8:30 – 8:45 a.m.
- Race Start: 9:00 a.m.
- Course: The race will run through the beautiful SAS campus.
- Finish Line: Both the start and finish line are on the track.

- Yoga Cool Down: A 30-minute session available after the race.
- Breathe, Balance and Brunch: Join us for a gathering post-race.
- Complimentary T-Shirt: Each registrant receives a race t-shirt.
