- Duration: 8 weeks long
- Meeting Frequency: Once per week
- Age Group: Kids aged 8-14 years old
- Class Capacity: Capped at 40 registrants

- Cost of Class: $65
- Refund Policy: No refund or class credit if you drop out after registering
- Included: 8 weeks of 1 coached workout per week, a season training plan, 20% discount at Pace Yourself Run Company (some restrictions apply), educational information from The Running PTs, and a training shirt

- Location: Meets at Davis Drive Park, (1610 Davis Drive, Apex, NC 27523) for the first seven classes
- Final Class Location: Mills Park Middle School (441 Mills Park Drive, Cary 27519) on the track
