🏃♂️ Event Overview
This will mark our third year bringing our community together for a 5K in support of our students with disabilities in Chatham County Schools (NC).
- Community Support: We are grateful for the support from our local Board of Education, County Commissioners, and community organizations that support our students with disabilities in Chatham County.
- Core Values: Growing the whole child and bringing community awareness to the needs of our students are at the heart of this event.
📍 Location and Activities
Exceptional Strides for Exceptional Students 5K will be held at Northwood High School on the cross country trail with a fun run on the track for younger children and people who require a shorter distance or contained area.
- Wheelchair Access: Wheelchairs are welcome in the fun run and 100 meter dash.
- Fun Run: A shorter distance option is available for younger children and those needing a contained area.
