🏃‍♂️ Event Overview

Summer 2025 Kids Speed & Conditioning training in Apex is brought to you by Triangle Run Smart Training, presented by Pace Yourself Run Company and The Running PTs.

👦 Program Details

• Duration: 8 weeks long, meeting once per week.
• Age Group: Geared toward kids aged 8-14 years old.
• Goal: To have fun, get healthy, and work on running speed and overall conditioning.
• Capacity: Class will be capped at 30 registrants.

💰 Pricing Information

• Cost: The cost of the class is $65. No refund and no class credit if you drop the class after registering.
• Included: 8 weeks of 1 coached workout per week, a season training plan, 20% off at Pace Yourself Run Company (some restrictions apply), educational information coordinated by The Running PTs, and a training shirt.
• Financial Assistance: If you have financial difficulty in affording a training class, please contact us. We have a donation program that can help out.

👩‍🏫 Coaching Information

• Coach: Coach Holly Kane will coach this class.
• Program Dates: May 28, 2025 - July 16, 2025.
• Schedule: 1 class per week on Wednesdays from 6:30-7:30 pm.
• Location: The class will meet at the American Tobacco Trail (ATT) - White Oak Church entrance, located at 1305 White Oak Church Road, Apex, NC 27523.
