🏃‍♂️ Summer 2025 Adult Marathon Prep Class in Cary

This class is brought to you by Triangle Run Smart Training, presented by Pace Yourself Run Company and The Running PTs.

📅 Class Duration and Purpose

• Length: 12 weeks long
• Goal: Helping adults get started running or back into a regular running routine prior to our fall marathon training class
• Focus: Setting everyone up for success by ensuring good base mileage
• Inclusivity: All levels and paces are welcome!

💰 Cost of the Class

• Early Bird Price: $80 if you register by 5/4
• Regular Price: $85 if you register 5/5-5/25
• Registration Deadline: 5/25
• Refund Policy: No refund and no class credit if you drop the class after registering

If you have financial difficulty in affording a training class, please contact us. We have a donation program that can help out.

• Training Schedule: 12-week training schedule
• Workouts: 2 coach-led group workouts per week
• Email Access: Email access to the coach throughout the program
• Discount: 20% off at Pace Yourself Run Company (some restrictions apply)

• Group Training: Tuesdays & Thursdays at 5:30AM
• Long Runs: Saturdays at 7:00AM
• Location: Davis Drive Park, 1610 Davis Drive, Cary, NC 27519
