The 10K is 2 Loops of the 5K Course

Course markings, including distance signage, will be placed by measurements of actual distance traveled on the ground from the start and/or finish line on the tangents (shortest path possible) and may differ slightly from those represented on this map.

Fit & Able Productions is a nonprofit organization that has been supporting community and family fitness in Cary since 1997 through organizing creative events and training programs. 

• Community Support: We also support many programs, such as swim safety lessons for at-risk children and adults.
• Youth Programs: Our initiatives include youth fitness programs and health education.
• Partnerships: We collaborate with community partners including the Cary Family YMCA, Triangle Aquatic Center, and Town of Cary.
• Event Proceeds: Proceeds from our events that aren't designated to support other organizations go to support the event and other Fit & Able nonprofit activities.
