🖊️ Bib Pick Up and Race Times

• Bib Pick Up: 6:30 am near the start line.
• Race Start Times: Half Marathon/10-mile Start Time: 7:00 AM: 5K, 10K Start Time: 7:30 AM.

⏳ Course and Time Limits

• Course Time Limit: 3 hours and 20 minutes. Finish line closes at 10:20 am.
• Early Start: Available at 6:30 AM for a time limit of 3 hours and 45 minutes.
• Safety Guidelines: Remain on the pedestrian side of the beach path.
• Water Stations: Two stations providing water and Gatorade along the course.

🗺️ Course Details

The 5K and 10K races share the same course with a turnaround at mile 1.55. The 5K follows a single out-and-back lap and the 10K has two out-and-back laps. Links to map routes are below:

🏅 Race Timing and Results

All events are gun-timed. We start the clock when the horn sounds and record your time as you cross the finish line. Your bib must be worn on the front of your body at all times.

❌ Refunds and Deferrals

We apologize, but we do not offer refunds. However, you may transfer to another High Tides Event 48 hours before the event.

🚗 Getting to the Event

Not all GPS directions are created equal, and we recommend using Waze for accurate directions. The street address is 5360 E. Ocean Blvd, Long Beach, CA 90803.

🅿️ Parking Information

Long Beach offers a plethora of convenient parking options. Street parking along Ocean Ave is complimentary. Please use city-managed parking machines to settle any fees before the race to avoid tickets.
