🅿️ Parking Information
- Location: Street parking along Ocean Ave is complimentary.
- City Lot: Managed by the city, please settle the fee with parking machines.
- Payment: Machines do not accept payments before 8 AM.

⏰ Race Day Details
- Bib Pick Up: 6:30 am near the start line.
- Race Start Times: Half Marathon/10-mile at 7:00 AM: 5K, 10K at 7:30 AM.
- Course Time Limit: 3 hours and 20 minutes (early start at 6:30 AM allows for 3 hours and 45 minutes).
- Early Runners: Arrive by 6:20 am to pick up a bib before racing.

We embrace an open-course philosophy, inviting runners and walkers to share the day's experience.
- Course Path: Follows the beach path with two water stations provided.
- 5K and 10K: Same course with a turnaround marked by signs.

📏 Race Timings and Results
All events are gun-timed. Your bib must be worn on the front of your body at all times.
- Finisher's Medal: Every participant will receive a finisher's medal.
- Finish-line Goodies: Indulge in a delightful celebration of your accomplishment.
- Free Photos: Race photos available for download within 24 hours.
- Results: Posted on our website within 10 hours of the race's conclusion.
🔄 Refunds and Deferrals
We apologize, but we do not offer refunds. However, a 1-time transfer into another High Tide Runs event is possible 48 hours before the event.
