• Street Parking: Long Beach offers complimentary street parking along Ocean Ave.
• Parking Lot: The lot adjacent to our start line is managed by the city: it’s advisable to use parking machines before the race.
• Payment App: Please note that the machine won't accept payments before 8 AM. Download the PASSPORT app for seamless payment.

📅 Race Details

• Bib Pick Up: 6:30 am near the start line.
• Start Times: Half Marathon/10-mile starts at 7:00 AM: 5K, 10K starts at 7:30 AM.
• Course Limit: The designated course completion time is 3 hours and 20 minutes.
• Early Start: For a more comfortable completion, an early start time of 6:30 AM is available.

We embrace an open-course philosophy, inviting a vibrant tapestry of fellow runners, walkers, and enthusiasts to share the day’s experience with you.

• Course Design: The 5K and 10K races share the same course, with a designated turnaround at mile 1.55.
• Route Links: Half Marathon and 10-mile runners can find the course routes through the provided links.
• Course Safety: All runners are requested to remain on the designated pedestrian side of the beach path.
• Water Stations: Two water stations will be placed on the course, providing water and Gatorade.

🏆 Race Timing and Rewards

• Timing Method: All events are gun-timed as the clock starts when the horn sounds.
• Finisher's Medal: Every participant will receive a finisher's medal and finish-line goodies.
• Race Photos: Free downloadable race photos will be available, typically posted within 24 hours.
• Results: Race results will be posted on our website within 10 hours of the event's conclusion.

🚫 Refund Information

We apologize, but we do not offer refunds. However, we do offer a one-time transfer into another High Tide Runs event 48 hours before the event.
