📍 Event Details

• Bib Pick Up: 6:30 am near the start line.
• Race Start Times: Half Marathon/10-mile at 7:00 AM: 5K, 10K at 7:30 AM.
• Start Location: 5400 E. Ocean Blvd, Long Beach, CA 90803, at the Claremont Ave end of the parking lot. Look for the High Tides tent.
• Course Time Limit: 3 hours and 20 minutes, with early start option at 6:30 AM.

🗺️ Course Information

We embrace an open-course philosophy, inviting a vibrant tapestry of fellow runners, walkers, and enthusiasts to share the day’s experience with you. Safety is paramount, and we kindly request all runners to remain on the designated pedestrian side of the beach path.

Course Specifics: The 5K and 10K races share the same course. The turnaround is located at mile 1.55, marked with a runner turn sign, a large orange flag, and chalk.

• 5K Race: Single out-and-back lap.
• 10K Race: Two out-and-back laps.
• Half Marathon: Specific routes available online.
• Timing: All events are gun-timed.

💰 Refunds and Parking

We apologize, but we do not offer refunds. However, you may transfer to another High Tides Event 48 hours prior to the event.

Parking: Long Beach offers a plethora of convenient parking options. Street parking along Ocean Ave is complimentary. For the parking lot adjacent to our start line, please be aware that it’s managed by the city. Please use the parking machines to settle the fee before the race.
