📍 Where is the race?

• Location: Race begins at the corner of Lowe Avenue and Adams Street in downtown Huntsville (near Huntsville Junior High School).

🕒 What are the race times?

• 5K Start: The 21st annual 5K starts at 8:30 a.m.
• Awards: Runner Awards will start at 10 a.m.

🎗️ When is the Survivor's Walk?

• Event: The Survivors' Walk is a FREE event for all breast cancer survivors.
• Start Time: It begins at 8 a.m. on race day, at the corner of Franklin Street and Lowe Avenue.
• Finish Line: Survivors will be cheered on as they walk to the finish line on Adams.
• Accessibility: Wheelchairs and scooters are permitted.

👕 T-Shirt & Race Information Pickup

• Team Captain Packet Pick-Up: For teams of 7 runners or more. Team Captains can pick up packets for their entire team on Monday, Oct. 14, and Tuesday, Oct. 15 at Huntsville Hospital Foundation.
• Individual Packet Pick-Up: 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Oct. 16, 17, and 18 at Fleet Feet Sports in Jones Valley.
• Location: Huntsville Hospital Foundation is located at 801 Clinton Avenue East Huntsville, AL 35801 in the 5 Points area.

🚼 Strollers and Baby Joggers

• Use Discouraged: For the safety of your child and other participants, we strongly discourage the use of strollers and/or baby joggers.
• Race Lineup: All participants using strollers/baby joggers will be directed to the back of the race line up.
• Restrictions: Dogs, skateboards, and bikes are NOT permitted on race day.

👥 Team Participation

• Cost: There are no additional fees to start a team for Ribbon Run.
• Team Size: You must have 7 members on your team to qualify for team packet pickup.

✏️ Registration Issues

• Contact: If you registered but didn't select the team you wanted, please contact Kemi Anderson at kemi.anderson@:hhsys.org.
• Minimum Age: Participants under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
• Parent/Guardian: If under 18 years old, a parent or legal guardian must sign the registration form.

💰 Refunds and Transfers

• No Transfers: We have a no-transfer policy for registrations.
• No Refunds: There are no refunds available for the Liz Hurley Ribbon Run.

🌟 Age Restrictions

• Minimum Age: There is no minimum age required to participate.
• Adult Supervision: Participants under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
