Over The Vines Wine Run/Walk

🍷 Your registration includes:

• Includes: Lunch and 4 wine tastings are provided along with your choice of a 5K Run, 2K Walk or time on your own to explore the property.
• T-shirt: A super comfy 50/50 soft cotton blend (not guaranteed if registering after 10/5)
• Race Bib: Provided upon registration.
• DJ Entertainment: From 11:00 am - 1:00 pm

🎶 Live Entertainment:

• Concert: Live Concert from Lounge Lizards with local talent Kristin Johnston from 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm.
• Selfie Stations: Capture all of the fun!
• Wine Tastings: 4 Wine Tastings along the trail.
• Costume Contest: Contest prizes for costumes including Spirit Award for Best Individual Costume and Best Team Costumes. Prize for the group costume with the largest number of people involved!

🏃‍♀️ Race Timing and Schedule:

• Timing: Professional Race timing provided for the 5K Run by Velocity Multi-Sport Timing.
• 5K Run: Begins at Noon.
• 2K Walk: Begins at 12:30 PM.
• Registration: Gates open at 11 AM for registration.

⚠️ Important Information:

• Ticket Price: Same ticket price whether running, walking, or just coming to explore the property.
• Age Requirement: Must be 21 or older to attend. ID check required.
• Restrictions: No animals, coolers, or drink/food carry-ins. All bags will be checked at the entrance.
• Donation Option: Just want to donate to a great cause? Visit the donation page or you will be able to make additional tax-deductible donations on the day of the event.

🏞️ Race Route:

• Start and End: Race will start & end at the Vineyard.
• Trail Run: Expect to run/walk on various terrain such as grass, gravel & compacted dirt.
• 5K Route: 5K Route
• 2K Route: 2K Route

🍷 Wine Run Fun:

• Wine Sales: Wine for sale day of event.
• Drink Options: Bloody Marys and draft beer sales day of event.
• Raffles: Basket ticket raffles for wine & other great items.

🤝 Support For Edgerton Outreach:

• Community Support: Thank you for supporting the Youth Hunger Programs at Edgerton Community Outreach. Your generosity will provide a morning snack for over 300 students each week to ensure no child goes hungry.
• Program Support: Other programs supported through your participation include the Weekend Grub Club Program (WGC) and ECO's Summer Lunch in the Park Program (LIP).

• When: Packet pickup will be on race day only inside the barn and will be open at 10:45 AM.
